Part 3 in a series of 4, this video of my mother, taken in 1991, teaching me how to make her family favorite: homemade chocolate fudge. Jeanne Hill Pejsa was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, attended Juneau High School and Marquette University. Later, she lived in Roseville, Minnesota and was employed by Paper Calmenson and Company. She passed away in July of 1995. These videos of her are posted as a family remembrance and also to pass along her cooking secrets to the younger generations. Her sister, Helen Juszczak, still resides in the Milwaukee area.
